Quick answers about booking, 24/7 PIN access, memberships, equipment, guests, and playing a private TrackMan iO bay in Cypress.
Do I need golf experience?
Not at all! The Trackman iO simulator works for all skill levels, from complete beginners to scratch golfers. The system provides helpful feedback to improve your game regardless of where you're starting.
What should I bring?
Bring your own golf clubs for the best experience. If you don't have clubs, you can rent a full set on-site for $25 per person. Golf shoes are welcome but not required — comfortable athletic shoes work great.
How does the PIN access work?
After booking online, you'll receive a unique PIN code via email and through the Trackman Golf App. Simply enter this PIN at the door keypad when you arrive, and you'll have access to your reserved bay.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can manage your bookings through the Trackman Golf App or the booking portal. Please check our cancellation policy for specific timeframes and any applicable fees.
How do I upgrade or change my membership?
Please do not purchase a second membership to change plans. Email info@babydrawgolf.net and our team will review your account and handle the membership upgrade for you.
How far in advance can I book?
Public hourly bookings are currently open during our launch period and can be made right on the booking calendar. Members can currently book any available time too — no advance-booking window. Every membership holds one active upcoming booking at a time: play or cancel it, then book your next session.
Is there food or drinks available?
We are an unmanned facility and do not sell food or beverages on-site.
How many people can play per bay?
Up to 4 people per bay — and that goes for hourly bookings and memberships alike, so feel free to bring friends. Members can bring up to 3 guests and must be present during the session. All guests sign a liability waiver before playing. We kindly ask that groups stay within 4 players so everyone at the facility has a great experience.
What courses can I play?
Trackman iO offers 200+ world-famous virtual courses including Pebble Beach, St Andrews, TPC Sawgrass, and many more. You can also use driving range mode, closest-to-pin challenges, and other practice features.
Is the facility safe at night?
Absolutely. The facility features secure PIN-code entry, security cameras, and well-lit premises. Only booked customers can access the building during their reserved time slot.
Will Baby Draw stay open to the public?
Public hourly bookings are open during our current launch period, and this may end at any time. Membership is capped to keep the bays uncrowded, and Baby Draw will ultimately become a members-only facility — joining is the way to lock in access.
